I hate fellow palefaces who trust the justice system for exactly this fucking reason.

This white dude is crying because he just received a one-year sentence for a hate crime in which he and maybe a dozen other white dudes beat up a black teenager with fists, feet, knives and beer bottles, even after the teen was unconscious. The highest sentence dealt for this crime was three years. The assistant attorney had recommended eight years.
One year. One year? One. Fucking. Year. Cry me a damn river, you piece of shit.
Apparently he’s only going to be serving 3 months while the rest of the sentence is suspended. So basically a violent criminal gets 3 months in jail for a fucking hate crime, yet Roy Brown got 15 years for a far lesser crime. Oh and Troy Davis was put to death for a crime which he never got a fair trial. Let’s not forget that.
Boo hoo I hope you die #nosympathy
BUT FIVE YEARS FOR PIRATING MUSIC, GUYS
FUCK THAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE ACTUALLY DANGEROUS
And why the hell is he crying, did he stub his toe and need someone to kiss it better? Oh my God.I fucking hate the “totally fair and good” judicial system.
You know what, I’m reblogging again for the above comment.
Why is it that downloading a movie (a product whose price will decrease from 30 bucks when it’s first released, to around 5 bucks or less in a year or so) will net you 5 fucking years, but beating the shit out of someone gets you jack shit?
Why are our lawmakers so fucking focused on keeping the entertainment industry (and industry that really doesn’t care about alternative racial groups) afloat, but couldn’t give two shits about protecting a whole slew of non-white people?

Last Meals: Since 1976, 879 people have been executed in the United States, 82 percent in the South, 399 in Texas and Virginia alone. Prisoners are generally allowed to choose a last meal, though requests for tobacco products and even chewing gum can be denied. In an ongoing project, photographer Celia A. Shapiro has reconstructed such last requests.
